When you join Nurse Time Homecare, you’ll receive:

📋 Job Requirements
To be eligible for caregiver work with us, you must have:
- A valid ID
- Proof of CHHA license (if applicable)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical exam and TB test (within the past year)
- Professional references (at least two)
💼 Employment Type & Pay
We work with both:
- W-2 Employees – where we handle tax withholdings
- 1099 Contractors – if you qualify and prefer that option
Pay is biweekly, and we use a payroll platform to ensure timely deposits.
📎 Onboarding Checklist
Before your first shift, you’ll need to:
- Complete the online caregiver application form
- Upload your resume or relevant experience
- Attend an onboarding call or in-person meeting
- Sign a service agreement or contract
- Provide required documents
- Review our Caregiver Handbook & Code of Conduct
🕒 Time Tracking
We use simple timesheets or an app-based check-in system (depending on the client). You’ll be shown how to log hours and submit them for approval.
